The extended package is for 12 weeks of nutritional counseling.  

In order to achieve a healthy lifestyle, one of our certified nutrition coaches or personal trainers will give you guidance on the following:
  
• evaluating macronutrients
• evaluating micronutrients
• meal preparation pointers
• weekly evaluation of goals
• regular check in's
• daily access to your coach.
