THIS PURCHASE IS 1 PERSON FOR THE TRIO (the other 2 people must also purchase a trio session.)

This is a 3:1 session with the Pilates trainer. Private sessions are 55-min to allow time 5 min for clean up and transitions. Grip socks are required and can be purchased in-studio if desired.

Trio Session purchases are valid for 6 months. Unused appointments expire.
