If you’re interested in Small Group Personal Training, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth sign-up process:

1. Form Your Group

• Choose a group size that works for you (2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 people).

• If you don’t have a full group but are still interested, let us know—we may be able to match you with others.

2. Select Your Package

• Decide whether you want 5, 10, 15 or 20 sessions based on your availability and commitment level.

• Pricing varies based on group size and session count (see our pricing chart).

3. Register & Payment

• Contact the front desk or sign up through the Wellness Living software.

• The group representative must agree to pay the full amount for the selected personal training package at the time of booking.

4. Complete Required Forms

• All participants must fill out the personal training intake form.

• If you have any medical concerns, please consult with your doctor before beginning.

5. Schedule Your Sessions

• Your group will work with the trainer to determine a consistent schedule that works for everyone.

• Sessions must be used within a designated timeframe to ensure steady progress.

6. What to Bring

• Water bottle

• Comfortable workout attire

• Proper footwear

• Any personal fitness accessories (optional, but recommended)

7. Attendance & Cancellation Policy

• No-shows or late cancellations will result in a session being deducted from your package.

• If a group member cannot attend a session, they cannot transfer or reschedule it unless the entire group agrees.

• You must cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment.
8. Communication & Support

• You’ll receive biweekly progress check-ins, email, and phone support for guidance outside of training.

• Reach out to your trainer with any questions about workouts, nutrition, or progress.
