Welcome to TNT!

In this session, we'll teach you the most important aspects of safely performing swings and get-ups. While you probably won't have the movements perfected by the end of the 45-minute lesson, you will have a good enough base to be able to attend group training sessions—where we'll continue to help you develop your technique so that you get the greatest benefit from your training time.
