As part of your Wellness Membership, unused sessions/credits roll over. SDO continues to adhere to an appointment cancellation policy and kindly asks that you provide us with a full 24-hour cancellation notice or the appointment will be considered a treatment that will be used. By adhering to our Cancellation Policy, any appointment properly cancelled will not count as a used session, and the $50 cancellation fee will not be assessed.
