This session takes place in our HaloSauna  Booth (salt chamber) and is a 30-minute session. Also known as Halotherapy, it utilizes a halo generator to grind and crush 99.99% Grade Sodium Chloride (salt) into micro-sized particles dispersed into the chamber. The dry salt aerosol aids respiratory concerns, inflammation, skin conditions, stress, and fatigue. It is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and super absorbent in your skin. The session is the equivalent of spending 2 days at the beach breathing in the salty air. All sessions include Red Light therapy, Chromotherapy, Aromatherapy, and Meditation music to support stress reduction. The package expires after 6 months.
