Foundations of Mindfulness and set up for a home practice
Incorporating the Pillars of Mindfulness to manage stress, anxiety and daily life challenges
Practical sessions including seated, walking and moving meditations
Evidenced based theory on managing the 'red zone' stress response and cultivating resilience.
This is a customised approach based on the individual need and objectives will be clarified during the first session.
