Based on your fitness goals, measurements and fitness test results – we recommend a proper fitness program customized totally for the individual. Your fitness program might be based on 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. The weekly personal training sessions might be 2, 3 or 4 times per week depending on our recommendation.
