30 minute private yoga practice is for people who want a shorter practice due to health conditions, available time or a desire to build a yoga practice that is more than once a week. 30 minute sessions can be taught over the phone if you put your phone on speaker. It takes a few sessions to get into the grove but no differently than starting anything for the first time. Presently, I have a business group that meets twice a week for meditation and gentle yoga at 9 am. Yoga and meditation in a work place builds community and shorter morning practice helps people find their focus and stimulate their creativity to help them complete their daily work.
