Let's face it, a goal without a plan is just a wish. Whatever your goal may be (or even if you need help identifying a goal), a Fitness Assessment can help you get there. It is the first step on your fitness journey. With a Fitness Assessment, the WS Instructor evaluates your overall health and physical fitness levels through a series of exercises that serve purposes such as:
Measuring your current fitness levels
Understanding your physical endurance
Creating a fitness baseline
Monitoring your progress and growth
Identifying areas of improvement
Determining your general health
At WFS, we use the NASM-endorsed Fitness Assessment. It takes at least one hour and members should arrive dressed to workout.
