Join your Coach weekly, face-to-face or online, for coaching session. Your session will be broken down into two main areas of focus.
Part 1: A personal training session under the direct supervision of your coach. Your coach will work with you throughout the session to refine the exercises, levelling up or down as appropriate, so that you have a safe and efficient at-home workout plan for the remainder of the week.
Part 2: Accountability check-in. This portion of your session will focus on your nutrition and self-care practices from the previous week and what you will do differently in the week ahead. Together you will celebrate the wins and work on strategies focused on YOUR continuous improvements.
