Personal training/ Performance sessions are tailored to the individual’s personal fitness goals. These goals could include reducing body fat, increasing muscle size, strength, cardiovascular strength, flexibility, or improving the ability to perform everyday tasks. After determining your fitness goals, we will create an individuated exercise program to help you reach those goals. We focus on functional exercises that transition to movements you do in your everyday life. The program can be private, semi-private (2 participants), or group (3-4 participants) sessions.
