Here's how it works:
We meet for 30-minutes via zoom. We'll get to know you, learn about you, where you're at, what you like to do, and what you need. And we'll draft a movement plan that brings it all together.
You will receive a PDF schedule and links to any curated material we think will help you get started.
We offer up to 2 revisions to the plan as part of the package.
