Receive 1-on-1 training from one of our highly experienced junior coaches. This personalized training package includes an initial goal setting session, an in depth and individualized physical assessment, progress tracking and data analysis, and post-phase goal review session. This membership allows for a more personalized coaching experience in which no stone is left unturned and progress is maximized for each individual.
