This package of three private sessions is designed for the experienced yoga student who is looking to establish a complementary at-home practice.
Group classes are a great way to practice - where you are constantly being offered ways to grow, safely under the instruction of a teacher - but having a daily home-practice will cultivate a thriving, well-rounded yoga lifestyle. These one-on-one sessions will give you individualized attention with a qualified teacher so that you'll be able to have a conversation about the progression of your practice and develop and refine a sequence that works for you to safely practice an in-home sequence. Practicing the sequence between sessions will allow you to come back with questions on poses and their alignment, or request modifications as needed.
This package will be booked with a Senior Teacher. Expires 2 months from purchase date. Sessions must be booked within 30 days of each other. Weekly sessions are recommended.
