As a Physical Therapist, I create a personalized plan of care and provide one-on-one specific physical therapy services based on your needs. I often use a combination of hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercise, stretching, movement and strengthening exercises.
“My passion is to assist my patients to achieve their goals in order to attain the life they want to live, and be able to participate in the activities they enjoy. I am dedicated to empowering my patients so they are independent and can maintain this improved quality of life in the future. I strongly believe in the importance of proper exercise, activity and overall wellness for all of my patients.”
