Take your practice of Yoga & / or Mindfulness to the next level through this 5 or 10 Session Self Development Training Program with Tammy Williams or one of our Yoga NRG Teachers of your choice.
You will have a program designed to meet your health, fitness and wellbeing needs that can include but not limited to:
*Yoga Practices (choose from dynamic or restorative/yin styles of yoga focusing on certain poses that will help bring you into balance)
Integrative Restoration Practices (Yoga Nidra) including the Three aspects of Intention to help you gain clarity, insight and develop resources for your personal vision for the new year
Mindfulness, Meditation and Mudra Practices for a range of different areas of focus such as Stress Management, Intention Setting and/or working with Personal Challenges, Obstacles or Core Beliefs.
