What's included in this 2.5 hour sourdough bread workshop:

• Hands-on learning of the whole sourdough process
• Caring for and feeding a sourdough starter
•   How to bake sourdough bread on a busy schedule
•   Learning to read your dough
• Breaducation: A sourdough bread baking glossary.
•   Proofing basket, a razor(for scoring), a flexible dough scraper and mason jar with a starter to take home.
•   Each participant will start a loaf of sourdough bread to later take home and finish.

Taking a personal journey into breadmaking not only contributes to healthy eating, but perhaps even more importantly, the general sense of wellbeing through the productive use of our hands, our senses and the stimulation of our mind.
