Celebrate
the Winter Solstice with 90 minutes of deep rest, healing, and
renewal.
This
special class blends restorative yoga, sound bath, and reiki to
honour the seasonal shift and invite stillness. Supported by props
and gentle guidance, you’ll settle into restful postures while
immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums
and live vocals. Reiki energy work will be offered throughout to
support emotional release and energetic balance.
As the
longest night of the year invites us inward, this practice offers a
sacred pause — a chance to recalibrate, reflect, and restore. No
experience needed. All are welcome.

Special Instructions
Please arrive 10-minutes before the start of the event. The front door will close once the event starts, so latecomers will not be allowed entry.
What to bring: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask/scarf and water bottle.
PLEASE remember that no cell phones, keys, bags/purses or jackets are permitted in the yoga studio. Smart watches must be silenced.
No refunds. Cancellations must take place 72 hours before event to avoid penalty.
