Join Raydene for mindful exploration and self-discovery in the Pose Lab, where we will break down a pose (or small group of similar poses), focusing on the strength, mobility and shape of each and then individualize the pose(s) for you. We'll approach new (and familiar) shapes with intention, reimagining what each pose or transition looks and feels like in *your* body while embodying a playful spirit.
