Students will be initiated into the practice of energy medicine by receiving Reiki Level 1 attunement. Reiki is considered to be the universal life force energy that flows in and around us at all times. Students will learn how to harness this energy to bring balance, healing and alignment to self and others. Class time includes hands-on practice time, written materials for at-home reference, and direct instruction on becoming a Reiki practitioner.
