In this workshop, attendees will be led to find sensations in long-held yoga postures
designed to release energy blockages in the body. While in the posture, Thai Yoga
Massage techniques will be applied to help the students deepen into what they feel and help further release these blockages. The practice will end with a deep dive into
absolute stillness with a guided yoga nidra meditation.
