Aerial chains performing artist Sara Tipton is back at the SLCCC for this mini workshop!  Space is limited! - only four slots per session, so you get lots of one-on-one assistance.

Work with your flexibility on the chains! Learn to perform the basic split and a fun sequence full of splitty lines that you can make all yours, regardless of flexibility level.

*DISCLAIMER: Chains can break fingers and pinch off skin. Wear long sleeves, leggings or other formfitting pants, and socks. Be prepared to talk to your instructor if something goes beyond a mild, painful feeling. We all have different levels of pain tolerance, which can be built over time, so don’t worry if you bruise easily. Please be a vocal advocate for yourself and avoid a bone bruise by talking to your instructor once you start to go beyond mild bruising.
