We invite kids ages 8-14 to attend this special
3-day workshop with Mary & Sunehri! “Scholar Zen” is a workshop designed to help
kids prepare for school with calmness and confidence. Through
soothing meditations, mindfulness activities, and enriching crafts,
kids will learn valuable techniques to manage stress and enhance
focus. Get ready to cultivate inner peace and resilience in
preparation for a successful school year! Don't wait to sign up,
limited space available.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, and a
journal
