At our Meditation Mini-Bliss: Retreat, we are going to focus on connecting your soul through meditation… giving her well-needed attention and love!

 

Healing! Learning! Relaxation! And Recharging! And lots of new tools and techniques to take away to practice at home! 

 

GUIDED MEDITATION SESSIONS - Immerse yourself in the serenity of guided meditations designed to recharge your spirit and induce deep relaxation. What is meditation? Benefits of meditation? Different types and styles of meditation? There is something for everyone whether new to meditation or a seasoned meditator! 

 

GENTLE YOGA - our practitioners will demonstrate inclusive approaches suitable for individuals of all levels, including beginners covering guided breathing exercises, fluid movement sequences, and purposeful postures crafted to both stretch and strengthen the body.

 

REFLECTION CIRCLE - Be in a circle where you feel safe to share stories and provide support to each other in the journey to healing your soul.

 

This is what your soul truly needs! A few hours off your busy routine to listen, to pay attention to what your soul is telling you and help her heal and restore.
