Join us for a heartwarming morning of puppy yoga on the deck! All proceeds from this special class will benefit the Flatwater Foundation, which provides mental health therapy for families affected by cancer. Plus, you’ll get to do yoga alongside adorable, adoptable puppies from Austin Pets Alive!

Bring your mom, your friends and your love for pups—it’s the perfect feel-good way to kick off Mother’s Day and support two amazing causes.

Open to ages 5+. 

Arrive at 8:30 to play with the pups; yoga will begin at 9 AM. 

All family members and participants must create their own account in WellnessLiving prior to class. For minors, use the parent email and create a unique password for each account. This is the only way to sign our liabilty waiver.   Age requirement is 5+ years old and all minors under 16 years old require a ticket purchase for this class.

We HIGHLY encourage you to do this before arriving at the studio.  A long line forms when folks wait to do this at the studio. Thank you for understaind that stundets may only participate when this is done prior to class.

All students must check in at the front desk before setting up your mat on the deck or in-studio.

Parking. We have parking available in front of the studio and a parking lot behind the studio.  To enter the lot behind the studio, take the driveway into Westlake Medical Center, stay right and you will see our gate.  Please note that absolutely NO parking is allowed in the Westlake Medical Center lot before 5pm Monday through Friday. They will tow. You may park in the Westlake Medical Center any time on Sundays, after 1pm on Saturdays, and after 5pm on weekdays.
