Yoga 101 - Foundations Workshop (IN-STUDIO)
Ready to learn alignment techniques and
modifications for common yoga poses in
a safe and comfortable environment? If you are new
to yoga, want to brush up on skills, have mobility
restrictions, stiffness or pain during yoga or other
exercise, this is the perfect workshop for you!
In this workshop, join experienced Senior Yoga Instructor
Kerri on a journey through some of the fundamentals
of yoga, including;

Common yoga poses (Asana): learn how to modify and use props to meet yourself where you are

How to move your body safely: learn to listen to signals from your body and know when to challenge yourself and when to slow down

Breath regulation: Learn basic yoga breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, reduce tension and move better
