In this class athletes will focus on the basics of tumbling including rolls, cartwheels and bridges.

(Minimum age of 8) 

When registering for our tumbling program you are automatically enrolled from September until June. Fees are charged monthly to the payment method on file with your first month being charged at the time of enrollment.. If you wish to withdraw from the program simply give us 2 weeks notice before the 1st of any month.

Athletes are assessed every 8 weeks attended and will be moved up in level accordingly.

Location:
- #10, 321 Saskatchewan Ave, Spruce Grove, AB
Attire:
- Make sure to have indoor runners for your child for the first practice. 
- The kids should wear shorts and a t-shirt or tank top. No midriff baring tops are permitted during training. 

- No jewelry is allowed so please take out any earring, remove bracelets and those with long hair must have it tied back.

Water:
- Please bring a water bottle with your child’s name on it. They are allowed to bring them into the gym however they cannot contain anything but water.

Refund Policy 

• Any request to withdraw from classes must be done in writing with 2 weeks notice before the first of the month.
• No refunds will be given once a monthoy fee is charged. Once withdrawn from the program no further fees are charged. 
• Should a government mandated shutdown occur, all classes will continue virtually OR practices will be modified or rescheduled as required.
