Embark on a journey with us to honor and create with the upcoming Gemini New Moon. This is an opportunity to work the on the self and where you see your “Self” going. This is the Inner Shift! This experience is designed to bring your body, mind, and being into harmony with the cycles of the moon and the astrological connections that we are all in the flow of right now. 

Your Inner Shift: New Moon Ceremony will include:

• Learning the best way to deploy your beginners mind to make the most of this lunar cycle.  You will leave with dates in mind to target during the few weeks ahead.

• We will join in a group activity that directs the mind toward well-being for self and others.  This group experience magnifies the alert and reflective mind.  You will leave with information in hand to continue this practice at home.

• A connection to your body through a three-part breath work activity followed by a gentle yoga practice focused on the upper body.

• Experience a group activity that identifies where you are with something in your life, and will move you into where you want to be with this process. 

• Curious to learn about the astrological highlights for this New Moon Cycle?  We will find out together and end with a meditation to help integrate all the experiences from the evening.

• Finally ending with a lovely, intuitive sound healing session to wrap of the evening.

Elizabeth began her yoga journey in 2005 and by 2012 I had completed her first 200-hour Anusara teacher training. Since then, She have completed multiple levels of training in Anusara and assisted in a 200-hour teacher training. She attained her Anusara-Inspired teaching status in 2017. Elizabeth began her journey into sound healing in 2013, she uses several different instruments for you to experience in your healing including: metal bowls, crystal bowls, metal drums, gong, rain stick, and African ocean drum...just to name a few. No sound healing experience is the same! Elizabeth tunes into the energetics and vibration of the group that comes together and intuitively plays her sound from that place. Registration closes at 5:30pm the evening of the event!

Please bring your own mat, water bottle, blankets, bolsters, or pillows for your comfort. If you wish to bring a journal to record any insights you receive during your session, it is encouraged. This is a dance studio, so they do not have the props of a yoga studio. I have limited props, please contact Elizabeth if you need possible props.
