AUDITION FOR BACHATA STRUT YOUR STUFF STUDENT TEAM
Level: Intermediate Bachata students
Instructors: Wayne & Kristal

Baza's Strut Your Stuff challenge is specifically designed for students who have been taking Baza's Progressive Partner Dance Courses for at least 8 months (currently in Intermediate or higher) OR possess equivalent dance knowledge and experience in Bachata dancing. Students MUST know their bachata basics and be dancing socially for at least 8 months.

Admission into all Strut Your Stuff UNA VIBRA SHOWCASE student teams is by audition only.

Students will learn a 2 minute choreographed Bachata partner routine which will be specially themed and performed at this year's Una Vibra holiday party.
The routine will involve a little bit of everything - Dominican solo footwork/styling sequences as well as partnered sequences in Fusion and Sensual styles.

Audition date: Friday, September 26, 7-8pm
Training schedule: Fridays, 7-8pm from October 3 to December 12. No class on October 10.
Performance and tech schedule: 
Tech run: Saturday December 12
Dress rehearsal & Show: Saturday, December 20

Students selected to join the team must be committed to training sessions and able to attend both tech run, dress rehearsal and show date. Team directors reserve the right to decide which students are ready to perform or not.

Cost: $375 + GST per person (payment plan available, member discounts apply)

Includes:
- 10 hours of choreography and technique training
- a choreographed 2 minute routine
- tech and dress rehearsals
- admission to Una Vibra (including food & social)

(please note there may be additional cost for costume/shoes expenses which students will be responsible for - instructors will do their best to take budget constraints into account when determining costuming)

This is a partnered routine but you do not need to register with a partner as these will be assigned in rehearsals.
