Come together in this 2 hour experience, we start with a 90 minute Yin Class which will unfold the Chakras and layer aroma into a relaxing and insightful journey.  We will work our way from the Root to the Crown exploring Chakra characteristics, aligned with Mudras, Visualizations and Affirmations.  Prior to an elongated Savasana we will craft individual Aroma Chakra bracelets for each participant.  Join Jessica Noche in this shared experience of blissful awareness.
