ACCEL Performance and Wellness High School Performance Training Program.

Come to ACCEL to continue to train with our expert performance coaches and state of the art performance facility.  ACCEL is the place to be. You will have access to all ACCEL has to offer.  ACCEL is compared to any Division One facility and can provide high level of coaching and performance training.

This performance program is a 4 week multi-sport focused periodized model.  We will train movement, strength, power and speed.  This program will take place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.   

This will be a total of 14 sessions from June 1st through July 1st.  

There will be NO make-up sessions if you are not able to attend the training sessions.
