July 22,23: Reiki Empowerment: Yoga, Meditation & Self Care with Kari Frerker, Reiki Master, RYT200
August 5,6: Restorative Yoga Training with Dr. Khristi Keefe, Ed.D., RYT 500
August 12,13: Yoga and Ayurveda, instructor TBD
