Course Difficulty Level Advanced
In this training the therapist will explore their internal
cranial vault utilizing skull models
and self. They will practice anatomic location during lab and
review the twelve cranial
nerves and their association with each other.
Protocols will first be demonstrated on skull models reviewed in
a demonstration and
then practiced by students.
Client assisted treatment is effective to relieve many causes of
headache, sinus
congestion, tempromandibular joint dysfunction, ankyloglossia,
“tongue tied” and painful
mastication. This class demonstrates the synergy of client assisted
inter oral cranial
release. Student will self apply and review how to “teach clients”
inter oral anatomy to
facilitate release of internal tension during a treatment
session.
This work is intended for adult patients only. Specific training is
required to work with
oncology patients,
In this course, participants will:
Gain knowledge of cranial anatomy: the cranial vault and
viscerocranium
Understand the 12 Cranial nerves and their interrelated
function
Perform protocols to engage patients in self care and concerted
treatment
Understand the methods and approach text: Hugh Milnes book “The
Heart of
Listening”.
Become familiar and practice palpation skills
Apply four patient assisted protocols to address internal
restrictions.
Teach patients self-care methods.
Acknowledge indications, precautions and contraindications for
Cranio Sacral
Therapy.

DIRECTIONS: Our entrance is right on Route 46. DO NOT take the right turn onto Hill Rd. Continue straight past Distinctively Outdoors and our building is right next door. There is a sign that says Parsipanny Medical Complex. We are in the front on the right. You will see our sign on the window.
PARKING:
***We are located in a medical complex. The parking spots are
for those patients that are infirmed and cannot
walk. Please park on the street behind the
building. When leaving rear parking lot, make left
turn, go halfway down the block, hang a u-turn and come back to our
building to park on the side, facing up the hill. It's a two-way
street, so the cars must be on just one side of the street. Our
side. Exception: Sunday classes can park in the parking
lot.
