This 4-day immersion camp is for empowering and inspiring the modern female athlete. Participants will be taught how to CONNECT, NOURISH, PREVENT injury, and RECOVER their minds and bodies based on their unique sport and skillsets. Interactive activities, mental exercises, and group sessions with athletic trainers and clinicians will allow athletes to put their knowledge to the test all while developing life-long habits to be a stronger, more resilient athlete.

Instructions Spéciales :
Dress can include athletic wear and/or leisure clothing. Additional items to bring include a yoga/exercise mat and a water source.
The WHOLE Athlete Week 1 is intended for girls field hocky athletes 14 years and older. If an inquiring participant is younger than 14 y.o. but actively playing at a higher age group level, please reach out to Irene Vlasidis at irene@thevlasi.com.
