A special immersion designed to open ourselves to creative movement, deeper connections and the beauty of our voices.

 

You are invited to embrace the element of ether and the throat chakra (5th) - the realm of vibrations, sound, communication and creativity.

 

Join Eva (and her harmonium) for a fun and heart-led session that serves as an antidote to our overwhelming times. It's an invitation to be fully present in the moment and to feel the vibration of yourself and others around you. 

 

 

In the 2 hours together we will explore 

• a slow flow yoga session with gentle movements to open the front body and loosen neck and shoulders
  
  
• breathing exercises to release tension and regulate the nervous system
  
  
• the subtle world of vibrations and resonance
  
  
• our voices with humming, toning and chanting

The harmonium's etheral soundscape will serve as a backdrop, where all the frequencies are weaved together.  

 

 

Our modern world bombards us with dissonance - vibrations that we tune out of our conscious mind but our body and nervous system continue to endure.
