Foster a
deeper sense of awareness with the coupling of yoga and reiki to
carry you from the waking state of consciousness into the silent
space between your thoughts. You will be expertly guided
with:
• Supported, floor-based restorative postures to
rest deeply
• 1-1 reiki of up to 10 minutes per person (your
choice of hands on or off)
• Breath work, mindfulness techniques and theta
brain wave music to promote rest, relaxation and healing
• Meticulous attention to detail from start to
finish to make this a deep dive of self care and
exploration.
