Mestre Mangangá (Syed)Description
Discover the rich legacy of Capoeira. Created by enslaved Africans in Brazil for self-defense, resistance, and cultural expression, Capoeira may be called “African Karate”, but it is much more. It's a harmonious blend of martial arts, dance, acrobatics, traditional music, a strong sense of community, and Portuguese language learning.
Come watch or participate and dive into an art deeply rooted in resilience, where every move narrates a story of its creators. Embrace the techniques and immerse yourself in a profound appreciation for the ancestors, customs, and masters of Capoeira. Capoeira is a journey of self-discovery, growth, and unlocking potential.
