Since first being introduced to Reiki by her father at age twelve, Candace Gosselin has gone on to become a certified Reiki Master and trainer, sharing the gift of this practice through her nurturing, intuitive, and heart-centered approach. Her intention is always to hold space for others to reconnect with themselves and receive the gentle support of this universal life force energy.

Holy Fire Reiki Level One is an energy healing practice that focuses on self-healing as well as supporting the healing of others. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It works by channeling universal life force energy through the hands to encourage balance and healing.

In this class, you will learn simple, effective techniques for self-healing and for offering Reiki to friends, family, pets, and even plants. You’ll practice basic hand positions on the body, learning how to become a clear channel for energy transmission.

As part of your training, you will receive a placement from a Reiki Master Teacher, which opens your energy channels to allow universal life force energy to flow more freely. You’ll also be introduced to the foundations of Reiki, including the five Reiki principles, its history and lineage, and the teachings of Reiki’s founder.

Holy Fire Reiki is a more recent evolution of the traditional Usui Reiki system. It is considered a higher vibration of energy—both gentle and deeply powerful—that supports pure healing and personal transformation. During the placement, students often experience its unique, uplifting qualities.
