Policies:  Please feel 100% or take a sick day. Singles & Couples welcome, rotation encouraged but not required. Repeat the Level or book a Private Coaching Appointment before “Leveling Up”.

Dress: Comfortable clothing.  Shoes which are thin, soft-soled and do not stick to a wooden floor. Leather is great.
