Are you ready to explore the art of sensual movement? In this special edition of Musicality, we will be focusing on prompts in helping build connection with the music and with your flow. We will also be creating a choreography as a collective. Come build your confidence through sultry movement and musicality.

Appropriate for all levels, come ready to dance your heart out!

What to wear: The focus will be low flow, base work, and floorwork. Comfortable athletic clothing, either leggings or shorts will work.

What to bring: Kneepads and socks are highly encouraged, heels may be used at your discretion. Bring a notepad and pen if you would like to take notes.
