This off-season program focuses on progressive strength and conditioning to prepare athletes for the demands of lacrosse. Our training emphasizes scientific foundations in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and programdesign. The goal is to create well-rounded athletes who are stronger, faster, and more agile.

Program Details
- Timeframe: September 8 – December 18, 2025 (approximately 15 weeks, totaling 45 sessions).
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- Time: 6:30 - 7:30 PM
- Location: Fit People Gym, Hoover, AL (3.3 miles from Hoover High School)
- Cost: $145 per month (billed monthly; covers all sessions, instruction, and facility access).
