We all have ideas in our heads of things we'd like to do, see, have, achieve or modify about ourselves and our lives. Maybe we have dreams that seem out of reach. Maybe we have things we'd like to do but never find the time in our busy schedules.

I've found that getting clear about what you want, putting it on paper and then hanging it where you can see it every day helps to manifest the things we truly want in our lives. A vision board helps to align your daily decisions with your values and keep you on the path to growth.

The last two years have been a bit tumultuous and personally I didn't do a vision board. But I've missed it. I miss looking at the board at the end of the year and seeing all the things that I was able to accomplish. It helps me to start my new year feeling like the year was a success - regardless of what happened.

Start thinking about your goals, how you want to feel, how you want to show up in the world and find inspiration in magazines, or printouts from the internet, or photos. Then we'll come together as a community - spaced safely - to create our boards together.

Bring any extra magazines you have with you to share with the group.

Posterboards, glue, markers and scissors will be provided.
