Reiki is a healing energy channeled through the practitioner directly to the student. Reiki is a powerful, high frequency life energy that is guided by spiritual consciousness. It has its own wisdom. 

In this hour and a half long class we combine the healing power of Reiki with Traditional Chinese Medicine inspired Yin postures helping to enhance our energy body.

They are the perfect match. 

“A full Yin practice enhancing our meridian system and relaxing the body and mind so Reiki is even more effective. Reiki can be performed hands-on or hands off and for this practice I will be administering the Reiki from a distance. I will not touch anybody but instead send them Reiki through my hands and space.”
