New Year meditation and intention workshop

 

A workshop designed to nurture the creative mind and spirit. Learn how to quiet the mind and focus on the things you want. Welcome the new year with clarity and creativity.

 

Together we will start the new year with guided movement, meditation to set our intention, and we'll spend time crafting mini manifestation jars as a community. 2 hours total. All crafting materials provided.
