Breathwork is a transformative tool designed to bring you back to center. Through rhythmic breathing techniques, you can calm your nervous system, lower cortisol levels, improve your mood, and enhance emotional regulation. This practice also encourages mindfulness, helping you stay grounded in the present moment, easing overwhelm, and fostering resilience.
Join Jen as she guides you on a journey of self-discovery. With her support and coaching, you will experience somatic movement, a variety of breathing styles, breath holds, releases, and a profound meditation that will deepen your connection with your authentic self.

- are pregnant or who might be pregnant;
- have a history of respiratory (lung or airway) conditions including but not limited to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;
- have cardiovascular conditions including but not limited to high blood pressure, clotting disorders, strokes or aneurysms;
- have neurological conditions including but not limited to epilepsy;
- have kidney conditions, including but not limited to renal failure;
- have diabetes; or
- have glaucoma, osteoporosis, severe mental illness or other recent physical injuries or surgery
