In this series you will experience slow, gentle movement techniques to unlearn your habitual tension patterns and gain greater ease, coordination, and movement freedom. Through movement differentiation you will discover how your individual parts can move with improved clarity and uniqueness, while movement integration will help bring your ease and coordination to new levels.
Over the series we will journey through your muscles, joints, and fascia, each class offering a new area of physical focus and relationship to your whole soma. As you release old patterns and cultivate new ones, you may notice decreased pain, increased mobility, improved balance, deeper rest, and enhanced performance in daily and recreational activities.

In-person class cancellations accepted up to 3 hours prior to the start of first class. No shows will be charged.
