Sisterhood Rising is a place to feel strong, be yourself, and know you belong.
This experience is for female-identifying youth ages 10-12 who want to build confidence, make new friends, and feel good about who they are. Through fun movement (like yoga and dance), mindfulness activities, creative projects, real conversations, and peer support, you’ll find a community that’s got your back.
In Sisterhood Rising, you will:

Learn how to handle big feelings with tools that help you stay calm, grounded, and confident.

Get to know yourself better and see how your unique story fits into your community and the world around you.

Understand and appreciate differences by exploring how identity and culture shape our lives.
Groups are led by friendly yoga and mental health professionals who make sure every activity feels safe, welcoming, and fun. We meet once a week for 6 weeks, and every session comes with simple take-home tools so you can keep practicing your new skills between meetups and long after our 6 weeks together come to an end.

Registration fees for Sisterhood Rising are non-refundable. Should you find yourself in any circumstance that prevents your attendance after you register, please reach out to Jennifer Rohn at jarohn@fullcircleut.com. We will work with you directly to find a fair solution, but do not guarantee any refunds.
You agree to accept online attendance as an equitable substitute should any situation arise that prevents us from meeting in person. This includes changes in local social distancing mandates, safety determinations made by Full Circle Yoga & Therapy's owners and operators, as well as any unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be granted should in-person attendance be disallowed for any reason.
Should Full Circle Yoga & Therapy have to cancel this event for any reason, you will be refunded your full registration fee or a prorated fee for any cancellations that occur after the event starts. Should this event be canceled, you understand and agree that your maximum refund is the total amount you paid for event registration fees to Full Circle Yoga & Therapy. We accept no responsibility for any other fees or costs incurred by you individually and will not issue any compensation for amounts beyond our own registration fees.
