The pelvis and spine form the core structure of our body—our center of gravity and the foundation for stability and fluid movement. While the pelvis connects the upper and lower body, the spine provides dynamic support, flexibility, and alignment for everything we do, on and off the mat. Yet, many overlook how intimately these areas work together in daily life and yoga practice.
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore the powerful relationship between the pelvis and spine, gaining a deeper understanding of how they support movement, posture, and overall balance. Together, we’ll focus on:
*Spinal and pelvic anatomy—understanding how these areas influence and support each other
*Posture awareness and improvement—simple, sustainable tools for everyday alignment and spinal health
*Flexibility training—especially for the hips, shoulders, and hamstrings, to free up the spine and support mobility
