We're delighted to welcome award winning Yoga teacher Brittney to our Teacher Training Team heading up our 40 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course.
Whether you are planning on adding Vinyasa classes to your skillset as a Yoga teacher, or looking to deepen your knowledge of Yoga theory, practice and philosophy, our 40 hour Vinyasa Teacher Training Course is designed to give you all the tools you need to confidently reach your goals. The course includes a combination of studio based, in-person tuition, backed up with teleconference sessions.
Our Vinyasa Teacher Training course will include:-
o Elements of Vinyasa Yoga
o Coordinating Breath and Movement
o The What's, How's and the When's
o Krama
o Steps and Sequencing for Vinyasa Yoga
o Connecting Vinyasa <wbr />transitions
o Sequencing Methodology
o Peak Pose Sequencing
o Anatomy Focused Sequencing
o Cueing a Vinyasa Yoga Class
o Reading Bodies
o Assisting Postures during a flow
Please note that once made, Event bookings (workshops, courses and trainings) cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason unless the Event itself is cancelled. Please ensure you use this pass to reserve your space in the Event. You will receive a separate booking email, confirming your space is reserved. Please ensure if booking more than one space you enrol all participants.

The studio is easily accessible by car, bike, train and bus.
Car
We do have a 12 space car park available for customer use on a first-come, first-served basis, however, with the fact that you will be here all day we are requsting that you find alternative parking so our customers that are doing the classes can come through and park during the morning.
Alternative parking which is free can be found at:
Shalford Car Park (next to the Scout Hut) – 0.4 miles, 9 minute walk.
Shalford Park Car Park (in Shalford Park) – 0.5 miles, 10 minute walk
Shalford Train Station Car Park – 0.5 miles, 10 minute walk
There is also on-street parking available in various local roads, including near St. Mary’s Church.
Bus
Our nearest bus stop is St. Mary’s Church in Shalford, which is 50 metres from the Studio.

Bike
We have a secure bike rack that you are welcome to use and chain your bike to.
Please note any vehicles, bikes or other property left in our car park is left at your own risk.
